Class 72 (
Account Interface, OBIS0.0.19.0.0.255) manages real-time monetary balances, debt recovery schedules, and tariff currency conversions directly inside the smart meter.Essential Attributes
- Attribute 2 (
account_status): Enum (Active, Suspended, In-Debt, Emergency-Credit-Active). - Attribute 3 (
current_credit_amount): Scaler-Unit formatted monetary value (e.g. 5000 with scaler-2= $50.00). - Attribute 4 (
credit_configuration): Defines emergency credit limits and daily standing charges. - Attribute 7 (
charge_schedule): Periodic deduction rules (e.g. grid access fee per 24 hours).
When credit falls below zero, Class 72 invokes Method 1 on Class 70 (
